Maryland Victorian

4 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms

Four bedroom Victorian near Downer and North/Farwell.

by Pamela Williams

This historical four bedroom, two (one full) bath Victorian is ready for your imagination to run wild. It was built in 1910 for a gentleman named Mr. F.C. Haupt, who was a German florist in Milwaukee.

The remodel potential is really what makes this home so unique. The main floor has a bright open floor plan with lots of windows and plenty of beautiful, original woodwork. It has a grand staircase and a gorgeous formal foyer and dining room. I really like the built-ins in the dining room. The kitchen is big, and would be perfect for an awesome chef-style makeover.

The location is great, too. This is the "Murray Hill" area and is walking distance to North Ave, Whole Foods and Downer Ave. I really like this area of the east side because so many places are accessible by walking and the bus.

This home will be beautiful with some TLC. Check out some photos here and more at the listing below.
