The location is why we really like this one. Goodrich is beautiful and this home is near the end of Goodrich, on a dead end. It's not on the lake side, unfortunately, but it is a very quiet location.

The house itself looks immaculate. AND outback there's a pool and an awesome bluestone patio with an outdoor fireplace and pizza oven. Very cool. Inside there's a big kitchen and the foyer has a marble floor, according to the listing.

If you're interested, you should go see this one ASAP. We bet it doesn't stay on the market for very long.
