NOTES:

The area east of Lake Drive and north of the Schlitz Audubon is a such a great little neighborhood. Quiet with lots of trees, but still convenient to Lake Drive, Bayside and Mequon. This four bedroom home is in the northern part of the neighborhood, on the corner of Meadowlark and Fairy Chasm - a block east of Lake Drive.

We love how the garage is situated around the corner with a separate driveway. And it looks like there's a good-sized backyard. So many Bayside homes are one story, but this is a two story "Cape Cod" style house. And, we like the way the sellers have updated the home, especially the kitchen/dining area that overlooks the backyard.
