The location is on Boyd Way, north of Calumet and just south of Hyde Way. This is a neighborhood that we really like; Boyd Way dead ends before it reaches Bradley, which keeps traffic to a minimum. And (as a result) there are a ton of families. 

The home has a nice first-floor layout and a large family room with a ton of windows that overlooks the backyard. The listing mentions new appliances in the kitchen - the entire kitchen looks like it has had a recent remodel. The home sits on a half-acre lot and the backyard and patio look great.
