Five-bedroom, almost-new construction in Whitefish Bay.

NOTES:

We are pretty darn amazed by this almost-new construction home in southern Whitefish Bay.

This place sold last September (2015) for $305k. It was a single-story house (see old pic below) that has been transformed into this stylish five bedroom. It is now on the market for just under $1m.

The location is Larkin, just north of Hampton. This is quite close to Cumberland School and the Oakland Avenue Alterra.

We REALLY like the first-level kitchen/family room that opens up to the backyard. That's very cool.
