In time for Halloween, this three-bedroom on Sleepy Hollow Lane in Bayside just went on the market.

Sleepy Hollow Lane is in northwestern Bayside, off of Fairy Chasm. It is a neat spot. Sleepy Hollow parallels the train tracks but it also deadends, so it's actually a quiet area. It's a very quick trip from here to the Port Washington/Brown Deer intersection and to I-43. The homes in this neighborhood are very affordable.

This house looks really nice. We really, really dig the sunroom that overlooks the big backyard. You gotta check out the photos. And the yard looks amazing with a big yard.
