Lake Drive Tudor

4 Bedrooms / 3 Full & 2 Half Baths

Four bedroom, Lake Drive home in Whitefish Bay.

This beautiful Lake Drive Tudor Revival-style home was built in 1925 and just listed this week.

The location is the southern part of Whitefish Bay, just north of Hampton and just north of the Shorewood border.

It's a really neat home with a huge living room with windows on three sides making for a big, bright open room. There's also an additional family room located off the back of the home and a nicely finished basement that has a small kitchen.

One thing that intrigues us about the home is that the architect is listed as Russell Barr Williamson on the Wisconsin Historical Society website. The seller says that Whitefish Bay's record of the home was destroyed in the great flood and can't confirm that was indeed designed by Williamson. It would be one of Williamson's early designs - he left Frank Lloyd Wright's firm around 1920.

Great photos on this listing - all via the big link below.
