This pretty four-bedroom eastside Victorian was listed this week by Shorewest's Jim Schleif.

The location is just west of Downer Avenue on Stowell, between Park and Newberry Blvd. This is a very cool location. It's close to the Downer Avenue business district and a short walk from the upcoming Stone Creek Coffee Downer Ave store (which will open in December).

And not just a great location, it's a pretty house, too. We respect the way the kitchen has been remodeled; It's not easy to remodel a kitchen in an eastside home and this one has been done well - we like the cabinetry, counters, and appliances. There's also an open third-floor space that looks cool. Outside, there's a lovely patio and a garden.
